A reservation, whether by letter, email, fax or telephone
is a legally binding contract. To protect against late cancellations
and guests not turning up, we are obliged to put the following
policy into place:
"Cancellations of seven or more nights
prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations
within seven or fewer days of arrival will mean a charge
of the full value of the booking. On either occasion, if
the room can be relet, there will be no charge other than
for expenses incurred. A 'no show' will be charged in full
using the credit card details provided on making the reservation."
